What to expect
The Pre-Visit
Booking with a new stylist can feel a bit nerve-wracking—I totally get it. That’s why I keep things simple and clear from the start.
As soon as you book, you’ll get a text and email confirmation. Within a day, I’ll send over a digital welcome guide with everything you need—parking, what to expect, and a few helpful details to make your visit feel smooth and stress-free.
If you’re unsure what to book, I always recommend starting with a color session—we can refine the plan together, but this ensures we have the time to create the result you’re really looking for.
The Consultation
Every appointment starts with a thorough consultation where we map out your color and cut plan based on your goals, your natural hair, and how much maintenance you actually want.
You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly what to book. I’ll guide you to the right service so you feel confident in your plan before we start.
Once the service begins, this is your time. You’re welcome to kick back with a drink, catch up on your favorite show, or dive into some quiet focus time. I love a good chat and getting to know my guests, but there’s never any pressure to be “on.” Whether you want conversation or calm, you get to set the vibe.
After Goodbye
My goal is for you to genuinely love your hair—not just when you leave the salon, but in your real, everyday life.
I’ll send a quick check-in text in the days after your appointment to make sure your color and cut are settling in the way we planned. If something feels off, we’ll adjust it together.
I also keep long-term results in mind, so your hair continues to grow out in a way that feels intentional, low-maintenance, and still like you.
